Adaptdix addresses data scientist shortage with $5/hour program
Adaptdix uses its existing pool of skilled employees and advanced AI/ML edge modeling software to meet high customer demand for AI/ML projects. This essential resource is then made available to Adapdix customers at a subsidized rate of $5 per hour. No long-term commitment is required, which means anyone involved in an active proof of concept, pilot or production deployment can benefit from the program.
“To help meet customer demand despite these skills shortages, we at Adapdix have launched a new program. It harnesses the talent of Adapdix employees and an ecosystem of service partners that we have assessed, trained and certified to deliver value,” said Anthony Hill, CEO of Adaptix. “This program involves only knowledgeable and qualified individuals working with Adapdix employees, ensuring that the quality of work remains high. By providing subsidized EdgeOps experts, we aim to help companies accelerate their digital transformation and elevate their implementation of AI/ML to the next level.”
According to IDC, it is estimated that from 2020 to 2027, the demand for data scientists will grow at a rate of 26.9% CAGR. QuantHub tracked the current shortage and found that in 2020 there was a shortage of 250,000 data scientists, with 67% of companies taking steps to expand their data science teams.
