He is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Digital Royalties team
What will you do
- Work closely with the technical manager of the section and another data analyst
- Assist in the development of a project plan and the implementation of the following:
- Build and maintain a data warehouse of all incoming royalty-related data from over 50 different sources, especially DSPs, CMOs, labels and publishers
- Automate the ETL process
- Develop data processing programs to work on stored data and produce analyzes on numerous data sources
- Develop dashboards to visualize data stored by staff and customers
- Manage data preparation for royalty audits and other projects directly for clients
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in statistical analysis
- Experience with Excel (writing formulas, formatting, etc.)
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Data cleansing experience
- Familiarity with Python
Expertise desirable
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of Transact-SQL syntax and functions
- Experience with Jupyter Lab / Notebooks
- Possibility of using Pandas for data manipulation
- Ability to use Python-to-SQL connections with Pyodbc / SQLalchemy
- Familiarity with Excel Power Pivot
- Knowledge of the digital royalty landscape in music streaming and distribution
