QuestionPro buys Bryght.AI, Unstructured Data Analyst

Austin, Texas-based online survey and research services company QuestionPro has acquired customer brand engagement analyst Bryght AI, and said it will integrate the technology into all of its platforms. survey and research.

QuestionPro was founded in 2005 and offers a wide range of tools for survey creation, distribution and analysis, including survey, mobile search and data visualization platforms. The company has offices in the United States, Mexico, Germany, United Arab Emirates and India. Bryght describes itself as a ‘conversational intelligence’ platform: its software uses AI and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of millions of customer messages – including mentions on networks social and online reviews – to help users build customer loyalty, satisfaction and conversion while protecting their brand.
