As a member of the Performance and Insight team, you will later lead the development of Curo’s new data analytics, a data warehouse that extracts key data required for business intelligence and KPI reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that data design and architecture support both strategic and operational business requirements and deliver value through small “Agile” projects.

You will be the business subject matter expert in data science and use these skills to support key business decisions. This will include the development of predictive models through the deployment of machine learning, as well as other advanced statistical techniques to help Curo use its data more effectively.

You will work within a small team of Insights analysts, providing knowledge sharing on engineering and data science concepts allowing the team to develop and grow.

You will have experience with data warehousing in SQL and be confident in building models that analyze large volumes of data in Python using its data science libraries.

You will be proactive in identifying new ideas, able to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving and have good attention to detail.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of our new data analytics layer. Autonomy in developing this infrastructure from scratch will create previously untapped vision and the new capability will support the team’s ambition to scale and grow.
