Position statement

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the technical design, implementation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive suite of reports for users of ANU Advancement’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. These activities will be based on an ongoing analysis of business needs to support and inform the University’s fundraising, engagement and relationship management initiatives.

Working within the Business Intelligence team, our ideal candidate is organized, motivated and proactive, possesses an analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze, visualize and present data to a variety of audiences.

Experience in data analysis and visualization in an advancement or non-profit environment is highly desirable. Well-developed management skills and experience with Raisers Edge or Blackbaud CRM and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau would also be an advantage.
